Section 69: Power of Corporation to call for extracts of proceedings from the Committees

1[2[The Corporation]] may at any time call for any extract of any proceedings of the Standing Committee, 3[the Wards Committee], the 4*** Rural Areas Committee, the Education Committee or of any other committee or sub-committee constituted or appointed under this Act and for any return, statement, account or report concerning or connected with any matter with which any such committee or sub-committee is empowered by or under this Act to deal; and every such requisition shall be complied with by any such Committee or sub-committee without any unreasonable delay.
