Refund & Cancellation Policy

Mock Tests (One-Time Purchase)
Individual mock test purchases are non-refundable once the test has been started. If a test was purchased but not yet started due to a technical issue on our end, contact us for a refund within 7 days of purchase.
Exam Passes
Exam passes are non-refundable once purchased, whether or not any paper in the pass has been opened, and a pass cannot be moved to another exam or another account. The only exception is a payment error: if you were charged twice for the same pass, or charged without the pass being activated on your account, contact us within 7 days of the payment and the extra or failed amount is refunded in full.
Plans (Subscriptions)
A plan is a single payment for a fixed period. It does not renew automatically, so nothing is charged again and there is nothing to cancel. The period already paid for is not refunded, except that if you contact us within 48 hours of first subscribing and have not attempted more than one test, you get a full refund.
Mentor Sessions
If a mentor is unable to conduct a paid session within 14 days of payment and no alternative time can be arranged, you are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations by the student less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
Email join@lawmaker.in with your registered email and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days via Razorpay.
