Refund & Cancellation Policy

Mock Tests (One-Time Purchase)
Individual mock test purchases are non-refundable once the test has been started. If a test was purchased but not yet started due to a technical issue on our end, contact us for a refund within 7 days of purchase.
Judiciary Premium Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. If you cancel within 48 hours of first subscribing and have not attempted more than one test, contact us for a full refund.
Mentor Sessions
If a mentor is unable to conduct a paid session within 14 days of payment and no alternative time can be arranged, you are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations by the student less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
Email join@lawmaker.in with your registered email and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days via Razorpay.
