1. About Law Maker

Law Maker (lawmaker.in) is operated by Bitola Industries Pvt Ltd. It provides judiciary exam tracking, mock tests, mentor bookings, coaching institute listings, internship postings, and moot court listings for law students and judiciary aspirants in India.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Data Accuracy

Judiciary exam dates, vacancies, and eligibility information, moot court deadlines, internship listings, coaching institute details, mock test questions, and blog content are all reviewed and sourced with care, and wherever possible checked directly against the official notification or source. We periodically re-check dated listings against their original source, since organisers do sometimes extend or change a deadline after it is first published.

That said, we are a small human team, not an infallible system, and mistakes can happen despite our care. Official notifications, government portals, and the organisation actually running an exam, competition, or listing always take precedence over anything shown here. Please verify any date, deadline, or other time-sensitive detail directly with the relevant authority before making any decision based on it, particularly where a missed or wrong date could affect your eligibility to sit an exam or apply to an opportunity. If you find something that appears out of date or incorrect, please tell us at join@lawmaker.in so we can look into it.

4. Mentors and Coaching Institutes

Mentors listed on Law Maker are independent individuals, not employees of Bitola Industries Pvt Ltd. Coaching institutes are independent third parties. We facilitate introductions and bookings but are not responsible for the quality of mentorship or coaching services provided by third parties.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's applicable terms in addition to ours. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

6. User-Submitted Content

Internship listings are submitted by organizations and reviewed before publishing. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that appears fraudulent, misleading, or violates applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Law Maker is provided on an "as is" basis. Bitola Industries Pvt Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
