A Rajasthan Land Revenue (Amendment and Validation) Bill, 2025 (Bill No. 7 of 2025) inserts section 100-A (Government land placed at the disposal of RIICO for industrial areas) and clause (xvii-a) in section 261(2). Its Act number and assent could not be confirmed from an official source; these changes are not shown in this text.

The text of S. 123 was as follows : Determination of class of tenant – (1) In case of any dispute regarding the class or tenure of any tenant, the Land Records Officer shall decide the dispute according to the principles laid down in the Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955 (Rajasthan Act 3 of 1955). (2) In the trial of disputes under this section, the Land Records Officer shall observe the procedure prescribed under this Act.
