How current this text is

Text as published by India Code for the Government of Rajasthan (the "updated" English file), with amendments up to Rajasthan Act No. 9 of 2022.

A Rajasthan Land Revenue (Amendment and Validation) Bill, 2025 (Bill No. 7 of 2025) inserts section 100-A (Government land placed at the disposal of RIICO for industrial areas) and clause (xvii-a) in section 261(2). Its Act number and assent could not be confirmed from an official source; these changes are not shown in this text.

This copy does not print the Chapter headings of the Act and contains many typing errors (for example "swim partition" and "audible estate" in section 186); the text is reproduced as printed.
