Section 76: Second Appeals

A Rajasthan Land Revenue (Amendment and Validation) Bill, 2025 (Bill No. 7 of 2025) inserts section 100-A (Government land placed at the disposal of RIICO for industrial areas) and clause (xvii-a) in section 261(2). Its Act number and assent could not be confirmed from an official source; these changes are not shown in this text.

1 [xxx] An appeal shall lie from [an order] passed in appeal -

(a) by a Collector in 2[xxx] matters not connected with settlement or land records, - to the 3[revenue appellate authority], or

(b) by a Settlement Officer acting under Section 181, to the Settlement Commissioner, or

(c) by a Land Records Officer – to the Director of Land Records, or

(d) by the 4[Commissioner or the] [revenue appellate authority] or the Settlement Commissioner 5[xxx] to the Board.
