Built on the law paper; local laws are those in the UP Judicial Service Rules syllabus. This is a general practice paper on the core law subjects, not set in the exam's own pattern. The official pattern of this exam has not yet been confirmed on Law Maker, so no paper here claims to follow it.

- 100 questions, 120 minutes.
- Marking: +1 for a correct answer, −0.25 for a wrong answer, 0 for unanswered.
- Bilingual: questions in English and हिन्दी (language sections stay in their own language). Switch language on any question; the English version prevails, as in the printed paper.
