Official Past PaperThe Delhi Judicial Service Preliminary Examination 2018 question paper (Booklet Series D, the booklet the High Court published), set by the Delhi High Court and held on 13 January 2019, as a timed test. Source: the question paper on the High Court's previous papers page and the High Court's model answer key of 24 January 2019 as modified by its notice of 2 February 2019, which together give the final key. The paper had 200 questions; 197 are here. Left out, 3: Q12 and Q18, deleted by the final key (one mark to every candidate); Q81, the final key accepts two options. Questions and options are reproduced from the official paper and answered from the official key. Questions on the IPC, CrPC and Indian Evidence Act were set before these laws were replaced on 1 July 2024 by the BNS, BNSS and BSA, and are answered under the law in force on the exam date.
