Official Past Paper
The Delhi Higher Judicial Service Preliminary Examination 2019 question paper (Booklet Series A), set by the Delhi High Court and held on 2 February 2020, as a timed test. Source: the question paper on the High Court's previous papers page and the High Court's model answer key of 4 February 2020 as revised by its notice deciding the objections (February 2020), which together give the final key. The paper had 150 questions; 148 are here. Left out, 2: Q131 and Q145, deleted by the final key (one mark to every candidate). Questions and options are reproduced from the official paper and answered from the official key. Questions on the IPC, CrPC and Indian Evidence Act were set before these laws were replaced on 1 July 2024 by the BNS, BNSS and BSA, and are answered under the law in force on the exam date.
