The Rajasthan High Court's Preliminary Examination for direct recruitment to the Cadre of Civil Judge, 2021 (held on 28 November 2021), Series D (the booklet the High Court published), as a timed test. Source: the question booklet on the High Court's previous papers page and the final answer key notice No. RHC/Exam Cell/CJC/2021/875 dated 11.01.2022, which deleted 4 questions (the paper was evaluated on the remaining 96). The paper had 100 questions; 96 are here. Left out, 4: Q47, Q74, Q75 and Q84, deleted by the final key. The Hindi language questions were printed only in Hindi and are reproduced in Hindi; every other question is the English version of the bilingual booklet. Questions and options are reproduced from the official paper and answered from the official key. Questions on the IPC, CrPC and Indian Evidence Act were set before these laws were replaced on 1 July 2024 by the BNS, BNSS and BSA, and are answered under the law in force on the exam date.
