The Rajasthan High Court's Preliminary Examination for direct recruitment to the Cadre of District Judge, 2020 (held on 25 July 2021), Series A, as a timed test. Source: the question booklet on the High Court's District Judge Cadre previous papers page and the final answer key notice No. RHC/Exam Cell/DJC/2020/900 dated 16.09.2021, which deleted 6 questions (the paper was evaluated on the remaining 144). The paper had 150 questions; 144 are here. Left out, 6: Q2, Q68, Q79, Q93, Q99 and Q143, deleted by the final key. The Hindi language questions were printed only in Hindi and are reproduced in Hindi; every other question is the English version of the bilingual booklet. Questions and options are reproduced from the official paper and answered from the official key. Questions on the IPC, CrPC and Indian Evidence Act were set before these laws were replaced on 1 July 2024 by the BNS, BNSS and BSA, and are answered under the law in force on the exam date.
