The Rajasthan High Court's Preliminary Examination for direct recruitment to the Cadre of District Judge, 2024 (held on 24 November 2024), Series A, as a timed test. Source: the question booklet on the High Court's District Judge Cadre previous papers page and the final answer key notice No. RHC/Exam. Cell/RJS/DJC/2024/3636 dated 09.12.2024, which deleted 4 questions (the paper was evaluated on the remaining 146). The paper had 150 questions; 146 are here. Left out, 4: Q1, Q67, Q124 and Q128, deleted by the final key. The Hindi language questions were printed only in Hindi and are reproduced in Hindi; every other question is the English version of the bilingual booklet. Questions and options are reproduced from the official paper and answered from the official key. The exam was held after the BNS, BNSS and BSA replaced the IPC, CrPC and Indian Evidence Act on 1 July 2024; questions framed on the old laws are reproduced as set and answered as the official key answered them.
