Full-Length Mock50 questions of 2 marks in the official scheme of the High Court of Meghalaya's preliminary test for Civil Judge (Junior Division)-cum-Judicial Magistrate First Class (Advertisement No. HCM.11/27/2024-Rect/20 of 17 February 2026, syllabus in Schedule B of the Meghalaya Judicial Service Rules, 2006 as amended on 11 December 2025): 100 marks, 2 hours, Part I on the BNS, BNSS, BSA and the Limitation Act, Part II on the Constitution, CPC and the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. Our assumption: equal halves for the two Parts, the split inside each Part and no negative marking. The Meghalaya Urban Areas Rent Control Act, 1972 in Part II is not covered yet (its later amendments are still being checked); its share goes to the Constitution and CPC. Every question was checked against the official text or an official source and answered blind by a second reviewer. This is a practice paper in the published pattern, not an official paper.
