Goa Civil Judge Preliminary Pattern Mock 7

100 questions on the syllabus of the High Court of Bombay at Goa's preliminary examination for Civil Judge, Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate First Class (2024 process, Advertisement No. HCB/GOA/CJJD & JMFC/2024/885 of 15 June 2024): civil laws (the Constitution, Contract, Specific Relief, Limitation, Sale of Goods and Partnership, CPC, Transfer of Property, Easements, Hindu and Muslim law), then criminal laws (asked on the BNSS, BNS and BSA) and Negotiable Instruments. Official: an objective paper of 100 marks in English, held only when the High Court decides to hold one, as it did on 2 February 2025. Our assumption: 100 questions of 1 mark, 2 hours, no negative marking and the split between subjects. The Goa land laws in the syllabus (agricultural tenancy, mundkars, building leases) are not covered yet because their official texts could not be opened from here; their share goes to the central civil laws. Every question was checked against the official text or an official source and answered blind by a second reviewer. This is a practice paper in the published pattern, not an official paper.
