Mizoram Judicial Service Grade III Preliminary Pattern Mock 4

90 questions in the order and subject mix of the Mizoram Public Service Commission's official preliminary paper for Grade III of the Mizoram Judicial Service (April 2024, Advertisement No. 30 of 2023-24): current affairs and general knowledge, aptitude and English, then the Constitution, CPC, criminal procedure (asked on the BNSS), Transfer of Property, Contract, criminal law (asked on the BNS), evidence (asked on the BSA) and Torts. Official: 1 mark per question, 2 hours for 100 questions, a paper in English. The official paper also has 10 questions on Mizo language and customs, which this mock leaves out. Our assumption: no negative marking (none is printed), 108 minutes in proportion, and the count per subject, which is our classification of the 2024 paper.
