Students of 3-year or 5-year LLB from any BCI-recognised institution, and LLM students not enrolled as advocates. Only one team per institution. Theme: Constitutional Law. Pre-memorial registration by 10 September 2026 (Rs.2000), post-memorial registration by 2 October 2026 (additional Rs.4000). Memorial Elimination Round selects 32 teams for oral rounds, plus a Researchers' Test. Competition held offline 9-11 October 2026 at Law College Dehradun. Prizes worth Rs.1 lakh.
