Section 15X: Presiding Officer, Members and staff of Securities Appellate tribunal to be public servants

The Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992

1[The Presiding Officer, Members and other officers and employees of a Securities Appellate Tribunal shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).]
