150 questions in 2 hours, 2 marks each (300 marks) with one third of the marks (0.67) deducted for a wrong answer: Paper II (Law) of the UP Judicial Service Civil Judge (Junior Division) preliminary examination, on the ten heads of UPPSC Advertisement A-5/E-1/2022: jurisprudence, international organisations, current international affairs, the Constitution, Transfer of Property Act, evidence, penal law, CPC, criminal procedure and contract. Evidence, penal law and criminal procedure are asked on the BSA, BNS and BNSS in force since 1 July 2024. The subject split is ours. Every question was checked against the official text or an official source and answered blind by a second reviewer. This is a practice paper in the published pattern, not an official paper.
