Kerala Civil Judge (Jr. Div.) Preliminary Pattern Mock 3

Full-Length Mock
100 questions in 2 hours 30 minutes, 2 marks each (200 marks) with 1 mark deducted for a wrong answer, as in High Court of Kerala Notification HCKL/115/2026 (KJSE 2026): Part A civil laws (CPC, Contract, Negotiable Instruments, Transfer of Property, Specific Relief and the Kerala Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1965), Part B criminal laws (BNSS, BNS, BSA) and Part C (Constitution, legal general knowledge, reasoning). The notification does not size the parts; the split here is ours. Fair-rent provisions of the Kerala Act (sections 5, 6 and 8, struck down by the Kerala High Court in 1995) are not tested. Every question was checked against the official text or an official source and answered blind by a second reviewer. This is a practice paper in the published pattern, not an official paper.
