Uttarakhand Judiciary (UKPSC) mock tests

Uttarakhand Civil Judge (JD) Preliminary Pattern Mock 2

Full-Length Mock
200 questions in 3 hours. From the official rules: one objective test in two parts, Part I General Knowledge (50 marks) and Part II Law (150 marks), on the subjects in Appendix IV of the Uttarakhand Judicial Service Rules, 2005 (as amended to 19 October 2022). Part I covers current events with a legal focus, international law, the Constitution and recent judgments; Part II covers the Transfer of Property Act, Hindu law (marriage, succession, adoption and maintenance, minority and guardianship), Muslim law, evidence, criminal procedure, penal law and the CPC, with evidence, procedure and penal law asked on the BSA, BNSS and BNS. Our assumption: UKPSC's advertisement could not be opened, so the number of questions (1 mark each), the 3 hours and the absence of negative marking are taken from the latest available information and are not official; the split inside each part is also ours. Preliminary marks do not count in the final merit list (Rule 14). Every question was checked against the official text or an official source and answered blind by a second reviewer. This is a practice paper in the published pattern, not an official paper.
