MP Civil Judge (Entry Level) Preliminary Pattern Mock 5

150 questions in the subject weights of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh's Civil Judge, Junior Division (Entry Level) Exam-2022 preliminary paper (14 January 2024), in its order: 120 law questions (CPC 20; evidence, penal law and criminal procedure 15 each, asked on the BSA, BNS and BNSS; M.P. Land Revenue Code 10; Contract 8; TPA 7; Specific Relief 6; Constitution and Negotiable Instruments 5 each; Limitation and IT Act 4 each; JJ Act and POCSO 3 each), then general knowledge 10, then computer knowledge 10 and English 10. The official paper also had 5 questions on the M.P. Accommodation Control Act, 1961. No current official text of that Act could be found, so it is not tested here and its 5 places carry M.P. Land Revenue Code questions instead (10 in all, on the Code as amended up to Act 1 of 2023). Our assumption: the High Court's advertisement could not be read, so 1 mark per question, 2 hours and no negative marking are taken from the latest available information and are not official; the 10 and 10 split of the 20 computer and English questions is also ours. Every question was checked against the official text or an official source and answered blind by a second reviewer. This is a practice paper modelled on the official paper, not an official paper.
