All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 2026 Official Paper

Official Past Paper
The Bar Council of India's All India Bar Examination XXI (held on 7 June 2026), English, Set Code A, as a timed test. Source: the Set A question paper and the final answer key published on allindiabarexamination.com. The paper had 100 questions; 99 are here. Question 2 is left out because the final key accepts two options (C and D). The final key changed the answer to question 44 from the provisional key; the final answer is used. Questions and options are reproduced from the official paper and answered from the official key. Some questions are framed under the IPC, CrPC or Indian Evidence Act, which the BNS, BNSS and BSA replaced from 1 July 2024; they are kept as set. Bare Acts without notes were allowed in the hall.
