Delhi Judicial Service 2023 Official Paper

Official Past Paper
The Delhi Judicial Service Preliminary Examination 2023 question paper (Booklet Series A), set by the Delhi High Court and held on 17 December 2023, as a timed test: 195 questions in 2 hours 30 minutes, the time printed on the paper. The questions are reproduced from the official paper and the answers are from the final key, which is the High Court's model answer key of 20 December 2023 as revised by its notices of 29 January 2024 and 20 March 2024. Five of the 200 questions are left out because the final key deleted them (Series A Q9, Q33, Q80, Q138 and Q168). Questions on the IPC, CrPC and Indian Evidence Act were set before these laws were replaced on 1 July 2024 and are answered under the law in force on the exam date.
