Source: the official question booklet and OPSC's final answer key for the OJS Preliminary Examination 2023 (published with its Results notice of April 2025). The paper had 100 questions; 89 are here. Left out, 11: questions 11, 12, 17, 21, 22, 37, 47, 50, 93 and 97 were marked 'Not Valued' in the key (OPSC prorated the marks); question 32 is left out because the final key accepts two answers (D or C). Questions and options are reproduced from the official paper in its own wording and answered from the official key. Questions on the IPC, the CrPC and the Indian Evidence Act were set before these were replaced on 1 July 2024 by the BNS, the BNSS and the BSA, and are answered under the law then in force.
