The Odisha Public Service Commission's Odisha Judicial Service Preliminary Examination 2021 (Advt. No. 23 of 2021-22, held on 27 March 2022), Test Booklet Series A, as a timed test. Source: the official question booklet and the answer key OPSC published with the marks secured in the Preliminary Examination (Results page, November 2022), the only key OPSC issued for this paper. The paper had 100 questions; 92 are here. Left out, 8: questions 3, 4, 12, 37, 65 and 76 were marked 'Not Valued' in the key (OPSC prorated the marks); questions 18 and 19 are left out because the question line ('Find out the mismatched pair :') is word for word the same as question 9's, and one test cannot hold the same question line twice. Questions and options are reproduced from the official paper in its own wording and answered from the official key. Questions on the IPC, the CrPC and the Indian Evidence Act were set before these were replaced on 1 July 2024 by the BNS, the BNSS and the BSA, and are answered under the law then in force.
