Madhya Pradesh Civil Judge 2022 Official Paper

Official Past Paper
The High Court of Madhya Pradesh's Online Preliminary Examination for Civil Judge, Junior Division (Entry Level) Exam-2022, held on 14 January 2024, as a timed test. Source: the question paper the High Court published with its proposed model answers (notification No. 12/Exam/CJ/2022 dated 14.01.2024), as finalised by its result notification No. 46/Exam/CJ/2022 dated 10.03.2024, which cancelled question 11 (one mark to every candidate), changed the answer to question 46 from option 3 to option 4 and rejected all other objections. The paper had 150 questions; 149 are here. Left out, 1: question 11, cancelled by the High Court. The paper was bilingual and the English version is reproduced, including the subject label that begins each question. Questions and options are reproduced from the official paper in its own wording and answered from the finalised key. Questions on the IPC, the CrPC and the Indian Evidence Act were set before these were replaced on 1 July 2024 by the BNS, the BNSS and the BSA, and are answered under the law then in force.
