Karnataka Civil Judge Preliminary Pattern Mock 4

100 questions on the syllabus of the High Court of Karnataka's Civil Judge preliminary examination (Notification HCRB/CJR-9/2026), in its order: Part A civil law (CPC, Negotiable Instruments, Transfer of Property, Contract, Specific Relief, the Constitution and the Karnataka Rent Act, 1999 as amended up to Act 07 of 2026), Part B criminal law (asked on the BNSS, BNS and BSA) and Part C general knowledge, reasoning and mental ability. The paper is objective and carries 100 marks; the official key of the 2023 paper has 100 questions. Our assumption: the split between the Parts, the 2 hours and the absence of negative marking are not stated in the notification. The High Court uses the preliminary marks only to decide who sits the main examination.
