100 questions in the subject mix of TNPSC's Civil Judge preliminary paper of 19 August 2023, in its order: Part A civil law 53 (CPC 9, Transfer of Property 10, Specific Relief 9, Negotiable Instruments 9, Contract 5, the Constitution 6, and 5 on the Tamil Nadu Regulation of Rights and Responsibilities of Landlords and Tenants Act, 2017), Part B criminal law 41 (asked on the BNS, BNSS and BSA, with the IT Act, POCSO and other criminal minor Acts), Part C general knowledge and aptitude 6. 3 hours, 1 mark each and 0.10 deducted for a wrong answer, as printed on the 2023 question booklet (read on a copy, as TNPSC's site could not be opened from here). TNPSC sets the paper in English and Tamil; this mock is in English. The Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960, repealed by the 2017 Act but still named in the syllabus, is not covered because no current official text of it exists; its share goes to the 2017 Act.
