Himachal Pradesh Civil Judge Preliminary Pattern Mock 4

150 questions in the official scheme of HPPSC's Civil Judge preliminary examination (Advertisement No. 31/12-2024 of 15 December 2024): three papers of 50 multiple-choice questions, each question 2 marks, one hour per paper and no negative marking, here as one paper of 3 hours in the official order. Paper I Civil Law-I: CPC, evidence (asked on the BSA), Specific Relief and the Himachal Pradesh Courts Act, 1976. Paper II Civil Law-II: Contract, Transfer of Property, Hindu law, Limitation and the Himachal Pradesh Urban Rent Control Act, 1987. Paper III Criminal Law: BNS, BNSS, cheque dishonour, the Himachal Pradesh Excise Act, 2011, wildlife, POCSO, juvenile justice and the women's protection laws named in the syllabus. Our assumption: the split within each paper. The Indian Stamp Act, the Indian Forest Act and the Bangalore Principles in the syllabus are not covered yet; their share goes to the main codes. Every question was checked against the official text or an official source and answered blind by a second reviewer. This is a practice paper in the published pattern, not an official paper.
