Jammu and Kashmir Civil Judge Preliminary Pattern Mock 5

150 questions on the syllabus of the Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission's Civil Judge (Junior Division) preliminary examination (Notification No. 07-PSC(DR-P) of 2025, 14 May 2025): Paper A (general knowledge, the Constitution, criminal law asked on the BNSS, BSA and BNS, and limitation) and Paper B (CPC, Transfer of Property, registration and the Jammu and Kashmir Tenancy Act, 2025), each paper 225 marks and 2 hours, here as one paper of 4 hours. Our assumption: 75 questions of 3 marks per paper, no negative marking and the split inside each paper; the commission's own site could not be read. Paper B's heads on the J&K Financial Code, service regulations and subordinate-court rules are left out (no current official text), and the repealed Right of Prior Purchase and Rent Control Acts are not tested. Every question was checked against the official text or an official source and answered blind by a second reviewer. This is a practice paper in the published pattern, not an official paper.
