Assam Judicial Service Grade III Preliminary Pattern Mock 4

90 questions on the syllabus of the Gauhati High Court's preliminary examination for the Assam Judicial Service Grade III (advertisement of 7 February 2025): general knowledge, reasoning and English, then the Constitution, CPC, criminal law (asked on the BNSS, BNS and BSA), Transfer of Property, Contract and Torts. The official preliminary paper carries 100 marks, 10 of them for proficiency in Assamese, which this mock leaves out. Our assumption: 1 mark per question, no negative marking and the time (108 minutes, in proportion to 2 hours for 100 questions); the advertisement was read on a copy, as the High Court's site could not be opened from here. Every question was checked against the official text or an official source and answered blind by a second reviewer. This is a practice paper in the published pattern, not an official paper.
