Andhra Pradesh Civil Judge Screening Test Pattern Mock 4
Full-Length Mock100 questions in 2 hours, the scheme of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh's Civil Judge (Junior Division) screening test (Notification No. 118/2026-RC, 25 September 2026), in the order of its syllabus: civil laws (CPC, contract, Hindu marriage and succession, easements, specific relief, limitation, transfer of property, the Civil Rules of Practice, registration, evidence) and criminal laws (criminal procedure, penal law, cheque dishonour, domestic violence, the Criminal Rules of Practice, the A.P. Excise Act, juvenile justice, the IT Act, POCSO), with evidence, procedure and penal law asked on the BSA, BNSS and BNS. Our assumption: the notification states no subject weights or negative marking, so the split (based on the 13 July 2025 paper), 1 mark per question and no deduction are ours. The A.P. Land Encroachment, Gaming and Forest Acts, the Stamp Act and the Food Safety and Standards Act in the syllabus are not covered yet because no current official text could be saved; their places go to the Rules of Practice, the Excise Act and the Registration Act. Every question was checked against the official text or an official source and answered blind by a second reviewer. This is a practice paper in the published pattern, not an official paper.
