Telangana Civil Judge Screening Test Pattern Mock 1
Full-Length Mock100 questions in 2 hours, the scheme of the High Court for the State of Telangana's Civil Judge (Junior Division) screening test (Notification No. 45/2025-RC, 1 December 2025; test held 8 March 2026), in the order of its syllabus: civil laws (CPC with the Civil Rules of Practice, contract and sale of goods, evidence, Hindu succession, marriage, adoption and guardianship, specific relief, easements, limitation, transfer of property, registration, commercial courts, Indian succession, legal services) and criminal laws (criminal procedure, penal law, cheque dishonour, the Criminal Rules of Practice as amended for the BNSS in 2024, the Forest Act, juvenile justice, domestic violence, POCSO, UAPA), with evidence, procedure and penal law asked on the BSA, BNSS and BNS. Our assumption: the High Court publishes no subject weights or marking rule for this test, so the split (based on the 2023 paper, without its Constitution questions, which are outside the syllabus), 1 mark per question and no deduction are ours. The Telangana Land Encroachment, Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control, Prohibition, Excise and Gaming Acts in the syllabus are not covered yet because no current official text could be saved; their places go to the Rules of Practice. Every question was checked against the official text or an official source and answered blind by a second reviewer. This is a practice paper in the published pattern, not an official paper.
