(1) The provisions relating to qualifications, manner of selection, appointment, salaries and allowances, resignation, removal and other conditions of service and eligibility for reappointment of the Chairpersons and Members of the Tribunals under the enactments specified in column (3) of the First Schedule, shall stand amended in the manner as specified in the Second Schedule.
(2) If the Central Government is satisfied that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by notification published in the Official Gazette, amend the First Schedule and thereupon, the said Schedule shall be deemed to have been amended accordingly.
(3) A copy of every notification issued under sub-section (2) shall be laid before each House of Parliament, as soon as may be after it is issued.
